COSTA CRUISES

Costa Cruises (Costa Crociere S.p.A.) is an Italian company which had its first passenger ship since 1948. It specializes in cruises for passengers with European tastes, especially Italians. Its fleet has been modernized since 2002 by introducing more than ten new megaships, and the aging small ships are gradually being replaced. Costa Cruises became a member of Carnival Corporation after being purchased in 1997.

Ships of Costa are in trendy style and suitable to passengers in different age ranges. Each ship has its distinctive theme which is usually related to Italy. They sail to worldwide destinations, including the Mediterranean, Northern Europe, the Caribbean, Canada and New England, South America, Africa, the Middle East, Asia and transatlantic voyages.
