DISNEY CRUISE LINE

Disney Cruise Line has the ships that are probably most suitable to families (for children, teenagers and young couples). Many activities onboard are full of fun and just like a carnival. Famous Disney characters appear everywhere on the ships.

The fleet consists of two older ships at 83000 tons, Disney Magic and Disney Wonder, and two newer ships with 128000 tons, Disney Dream built in 2011 and Disney Fantasy in 2012. There are year-round departures from Port Canaveral, which is close to the Disneyland in Orlando, Florida. The ships sail to Nassau in The Bahamas and Castaway Cay (Disney Cruise Line's own private island). There are also seasonal sailings departing from Vancouver in Alaska, from Los Angeles in West Coast and from Barcelona in the Mediterranean.
