OCEAN VILLAGE

Ocean Village was a British cruise line founded in 2003 and was owned by P&O Cruises. As implied by the company's slogan, Ocean Village was "the cruise for people who don't do cruises", and the ships were targeted for younger passengers in the United Kingdom. Everything onboard could be described as casual, which was very different to the traditional cruise ships in formal styles. From the dress codes to entertainment and events, flexibility was the concept of this cruise line. Sailing regions of Ocean Village included the Mediterranean and the Caribbean.

Both ships in the fleet were former ships of Sitmar Cruises, then Princess Cruises. The cruise line ceased operation in November 2010 when two ships were transferred to sister company P&O Cruises Australia (Ocean Village Two in 2009, and Ocean Village in 2010).
